Simone Healthcare Development and Catholic Health have completed a new urgent care and ambulatory center at 2112 Middle Country Road in Centereach, Long Island. Known as the Catholic Health Ambulatory & Urgent Care, the 63,000-square-foot facility will offer diagnostic imaging, an on-site pharmacy, and a dedicated suite for gastroenterologists.
G2D Group has revealed the first renderings of a five-story rental property at 205 Osborn Avenue in Riverhead, Long Island. Branded as Station One, the property will comprise around 36,000 square feet and yield 39 rental apartments.
Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners has secured a $19.5 million construction loan to complete a Class-A logistics and distribution center at 4955 Veterans Memorial Highway in Holbrook, Long Island. Located in Suffolk County, the property will debut as the Holbrook Logistics Center with more than 108,000 square feet.
Blue Communities, a Long Island-based developer, has broken ground on a new rental property at 101 Searing Avenue in Mineola, Long Island. Designed by BLD Architecture, the six-story property will debut as The Royal Blue and comprise more than 100,000 square feet of residential area. Residential floor plans will range from one to two-bedrooms averaging 875 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet. Each home will feature name-brand finishes and appliances.
New York’s Regional Development Council has awarded $24 million to high-priority infrastructure and manufacturing projects across the state. Two of the 28 projects awarded are located in Queens and Long Island and represent roughly $895,000 of core capital grant and tax-credit funding from Empire State Development.
