The project is in The Bronx’s Melrose Commons, between East 162nd and ast 163rd streets, on the west side of Elton Avenue.
Permits are up for a ten-story residential building at 1771 Weeks Avenue, in Mount Hope, The Bronx. The site is two blocks away from the 174-175th street subway station, serviced by the D train. Stephen De Vardo, operating under an LLC, is responsible for the filings. Back in 2015, Lorenzo De Vardo filed for a ten-story, 18-unit development with a square footage of 19,512 square feet on the same lot.

Located on East 149th Street between Morris Avenue and Courtlandt Avenue in Mott Haven, the site is two blocks west of the 3 Avenue – 149 Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Peter Serpico, principal of Omnibuild, is listed as behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 722 East 212 Street in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. The site is a block away from the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. B&B Urban is listed as the developer.
Located in the Bronx neighborhood of Williamsbridge near the Bronx River Parkway, a new eight-story residential building will rise at 3073 Barker Avenue. The ground-up structure set on the interior of the block will include a cellar level and a total of 25 units.
