The first renderings have appeared online for Kohn Pedersen Fox‘s planned 925,630-square-foot supertall at 343 Madison Avenue in Midtown East. While the full presentation from early September has yet to be posted online in spite of the city’s allegedly transparent public hearing process, YIMBY Forumer rgarri has created our own look at the tower and its future position on the Midtown skyline among other supertalls also in the planning stages.

Renderings Reveal New York Blood Center’s Headquarters Expansion at 310 East 67th Street on the Upper East Side

New York Blood Center recently announced plans to expand its existing headquarters at 310 East 67th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Renderings from Ennead Architects offer a first look at the “Center East” project, which includes the replacement of the Blood Center’s existing property with a 16-story mixed-use tower.

7-9 East 30th Street Nears Topping Out in NoMad

Construction is nearing topping out at 7-9 East 30th Street, a 227-foot-tall residential building from SWA Architecture in NoMad. Developed by Castellan Real Estate Partners, the 23-story reinforced concrete structure will yield 41,992 square feet with 54 residences and 2,142 square feet of ground-level retail.

Permits Filed for 193 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 193 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, the interior lot is one block east of the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Waterfront Property Management is listed as the owner behind the applications that includes a three-story addition to an existing two-story structure.

Madison House Nears Completion at 126 Madison Avenue in NoMad

Exterior work is still wrapping up on Madison House, NoMad’s tallest residential skyscraper at 126 Madison Avenue. Alternately addressed as 15 East 30th Street, the 805-foot-tall, 62-story tower is designed by Handel Architects and developed by Fosun Group and JD Carlisle. Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing of its 199 condominiums. The project also includes 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Rockefeller Group, the topped out 45-story tower will contain 123 condominiums marketed by CORE Real Estate. The envelope features Art Deco inspired appointments, setting it apart from other new developments in the neighborhood.

Extell Reveals New York City’s Largest Private Outdoor Garden at One Manhattan Square in Two Bridges
