Located across from Cadman Plaza Park, One Clinton has officially launched sales of its 133 residences. Developed by The Hudson Companies Inc., the Marvel Architects-designed tower is being marketed by the Cornell Marshall Team from the Corcoran Group, with the sales gallery located at 157 Remsen Street. The imminently 38-story tower is set to be completed next year.
Full demolition permits have been filed for the four-story building at 192 Montague Street, also known as 200 Montague, in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. The 46,000 square-foot office building was built in 1960, and has a total of three units across the four floors. In 2007, Midtown Equities acquired 200 Montague from HSBC Bank. There is also a retail component at the ground level. James M. Patterson of Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.
Since we last checked up on One Clinton Street, back in late August, it was only about nine stories above street level. Now, the 36-story residential tower is climbing past the halfway mark on its way to a 409-foot pinnacle. The Marvel Architects-designed skyscraper is being developed by Hudson Companies, and will span 295,000 square feet when finished. The triangular-shaped property sits at the northern confluence of Cadman Plaza West and Clinton Street, and is also known as 280 Cadman Plaza. Located in Brooklyn Heights, the building will have 134 units and 114 off-site affordable units. One Clinton Street Library will be built on the lower floors, replacing the site’s formerly extant Brooklyn Heights Library.
Quay Tower is not like most of the new residential skyscrapers rising in Brooklyn. The project sits directly against the Brooklyn Heights waterfront, soaring 30 floors above the neighboring brownstone-filled streets, and features a glassy façade paired with brushed copper-hued metals that evoke the iron girders along Pier 6, nearby. Now, the building has now shattered a record for the entire borough, with its penthouse entering contract for $20 million, nearly $4 million over the previous record for a Brooklyn apartment set by actor Matt Damon.
Sales have officially launched for 67 Livingston, in Brooklyn Heights. Rising 29 stories, the tower has a slender profile that sits directly adjacent to the Court Chambers Building to the east, at the intersection of Livingston Street and Court Street. 22 full-floor units are included within the 50,000 square foot envelope, which is comprised of two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. The property is being developed by Silverback Development, which has brought CetraRuddy and HTO Architect to help with interior finishes and design. Marketing is being led by Bold New York.
