The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) is reviewing a proposal for the residential conversion and expansion of the historic Hotel Bossert at 98 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by SomeraRoad, the project calls for rooftop additions, courtyard infill, new window openings, and other exterior alterations as part of the landmarked building’s conversion. The property is bounded by Montague, Remsen, and Hicks Streets.
