Construction is underway on Livonia C3, a new affordable residential building located at 352 Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Designed by Magnusson Architecture and Planning and developed by BRP Companies in collaboration with Catholic Charities Progress of Peoples Development Corporation, the property is one of a broader four-building development, and will yield 142 affordable apartments for seniors and formerly homeless individuals when complete. Construction officially broke ground in late 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2026, with a total cost of $111 million.
