Designed by executive architect Kane AUD and design architect SO-IL and developed by Tankhouse, the 85-foot-tall structure will span 89,847 square feet and yield 26 condominiums with an average scope of 1,269 square feet, as well as 3,159 square feet of commercial space, two cellar levels, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 18 enclosed parking spaces. KSK Construction Group, LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Vanderbilt and Myrtle Avenues.

Designed by Daniel Goldner Architects for Chesky Rosen under the 19 Rockwell Place LLC, the 304-foot-tall structure will yield 172 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts spread across 120,000 square feet. Elliot Lazarus from New York Developers & Management is overseeing construction and Stephanie Andrews from MNS is in charge of leasing for the project, which is situated between Fulton Street and Dekalb Avenue.

Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by Long Island University and RXR Realty under the RXR LIU Developer TRS LLC, the 348-foot-tall structure will span 288,849 square feet and yield 275 rental units with an average scope of 883 square feet, as well as 45,981 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, a 30-foot long rear yard, two loading berths, and 198 enclosed parking spaces. Capital Industries Corp. is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the intersection of DeKalb Avenue and Rockwell Place.

240 Willoughby Street Nears Topping Out in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing topping out on 240 Willoughby Street, a 30-story residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, which purchased the property for $95 million in 2019, the structure will yield 300 rental units with 147 dedicated to affordable housing. 240 Willoughby LLC is the owner and Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the project, which directly abuts an existing 21-story apartment building and is bound by Willoughby Street to the north, the Brooklyn Hospital Center to the south, Fort Greene Park to the east, and Ashland Place to the west.
