Construction and façade installation has topped-off at 171 Linden Boulevard in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Alteration and expansion of the original structure has nearly doubled the total area of the former three-story residence.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1515 Park Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 4, and 5 trains. The A and C trains are eight blocks away at an identically named station. Park and Prospect LLC and JIH Builders Group are listed as responsible for the development.

Ahead of the 17th anniversary of 9/11, the first subway trains began to stop and deliver passengers in and out of the newly opened Cortlandt Street subway stop on the 1 train, which was closed for nearly two decades from the collapse of the Twin Towers. Today, with a long, bright and expansive platform, the entrance from the Oculus can be found on the western side of its second floor while coming down from the Greenwich Street doors, or from the street, thanks to a series of double stairways and an ADA-accessible elevator next to the Memorial and future Performing Arts Center.
Permits have been filed for an eleven-story mixed-use building at 350 East 18th Street in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan. While it is technically in Gramercy, the site is about seven blocks away from the famed private park, and is situated across the street from Stuyvesant Town. CIM Group will be responsible for the development.
