Revealed: 92 Eighth Avenue, New Chelsea Apartment Building Replacing Sandy-Damaged Structure
When Hurricane Sandy hit, most of the damage to Manhattan came in the form of flooding, but some buildings were also casualties of high winds. But fortunately it is finally being replaced, and YIMBY now has the reveal for the new building, designed by C3D Architecture.
