When Hurricane Sandy hit, most of the damage to Manhattan came in the form of flooding, but some buildings were also casualties of high winds. That was especially true at 92 Eighth Avenue, located between 14th and 15th Streets in Chelsea, as the structure’s facade collapsed during the storm, leaving the interiors exposed.
