With the first of Related’s Hudson Yards towers now inching towards its pinnacle, it should come as no surprise that other developers with nearby sites are also beginning to move ahead with plans of their own. Kuafu Properties and Siras Development are building a 700-foot tall 42-story mixed-use tower at 470 Eleventh Avenue, between 37th and 38th Streets, and YIMBY has a fresh set of close-up renderings that also show some slight modifications to the “lantern-inspired” design.

A few days ago, partial renderings of the new mixed-use development coming to 147-151 East 86th Street surfaced. The site abuts one of the most prominent corners of the Upper East Side in terms of pedestrian traffic, and fittingly, the existing structure will soon meet the wrecking ball for a new 21-story building with an address of 1289 Lexington Avenue, which YIMBY can now reveal.

Construction is finally moving ahead at 175 Greenwich Street, aka 3 World Trade Center, which will be the third tallest building in the complex. But with momentum picking up across the entire site, and 200 Greenwich Street set to rise thanks to a redesign by Bjarke Ingels/BIG, 175 Greenwich Street has also seen some design changes, and 3 World Trade Center has now lost its spires in favor of a more streamlined roof.
