Property owner Jose Minassian has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building on the 14-foot wide vacant lot at 754 Lafayette Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant, four blocks east from the Bedford Avenue stop on the G. Property owner Jisel Cruz has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building at 823 Kent Avenue, in the northwestern corner of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The building will measure 4,910 square feet, with each unit measuring an average of 1,635 square feet, so condos are definitely in store. Todd O’Connell is the architect of record, and an existing, recessed two-story, single-family structure must first be removed.

Extreme Homes Group has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at the vacant lot at 259 Kosciuszko Street, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant, two blocks east of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues stop on the G line.
