New renderings have been revealed for the rapidly progressing 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Named Eleven2 Cooper, the 55-foot-tall development is sponsored by Hive Developers, a partnership of Tal Bloch, Aaron Yassin, Andrew Mokotoff, and Andy Bales. The architect of record is Pragnesh Surti. Aaron Yassin of ATMOS Design is the project designer and Tal Bloch is the general contractor. Designed by Aaron Yassin in collaboration with architect Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design and developed by Hive Developers, the structure will yield ten condominium units in large one-bedroom, compact two-bedroom, duplex two-bedroom, and three-bedroom duplex layouts with private terraces.
