Last time we reported on 120 Nassau Street, construction had reached 24 stories. The 33-story, 312,093 square-foot tower, at the intersection of Jay and Nassau streets in Downtown Brooklyn, has topped out and façade installation is well underway.
Construction has topped out on the 21-story, 110-unit mixed-use building under development at 237 Duffield Street in Downtown Brooklyn. YIMBY has a photo of the structure, which also reveals that façade installation is underway. The latest building permits indicate the project rises 210 feet to its main roof, not including bulkhead elements, and encompasses 111,775 square feet.
Façade installation is now up to the 17th floor on the 25-story, 714-unit mixed-use building, which topped out in October, at 300 Livingston Street, located on the corner of Bond Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The structure can be seen thanks to a photo posted to the YIMBY Forums. The latest building permits indicate the project will encompass 734,312 square feet and rise 250 feet to its main roof, or 271 feet to the top of the bulkhead.
A rendering has been posted on-site of the planned mixed-use project under development at 8-16 Nevins Street and 299-301 Livingston Street, in Downtown Brooklyn.
