Construction has topped out on Sherman Plaza, a 19-story mixed-use building at 4560 Broadway in Inwood, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Arden Group, the structure will yield 222 rental apartments, lower-level retail space, a community facility, and tenant amenities. The latter will include a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a resident lounge, and multiple outdoor terraces.
Brookfield Properties will soon install two large-scale public artworks within the Manhattan West commercial campus in Midtown. This includes a sculpture by Charles Ray and a mosaic mural by Christopher Wool, both highly acclaimed artists in their field and medium.
Vault Development Partners and TLM Equities have closed on a $20.1 million construction loan to complete a condominium development on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Located at 66 Clinton Street, the building will top out at seven stories and eventually contain 12 apartments and a collection of amenity spaces.

Elmo Realty recently closed on a $26 million loan to finance the construction of an eight-story mixed-use building at 2535 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan. When complete, the property will comprise nearly 24,000 square feet of 53 rental apartments and commercial space.
