Fouerti Realty has revealed new architectural renderings of 341 13th Street, a four-story residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by Zproekt, the 50-foot-tall development will yield four condominium units spread across 4,510 square feet. The project is located between 6th and 7th Avenues.
Construction is nearing completion on 647 Baltic Street, a five-story single-family residential property in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Developed by 647 Baltic Villa and constructed by Paintly Corp., the structure rises from a 2,000-square-foot interior lot between 4th and 5th Avenues, near the intersection of Baltic and Butler Streets. No architect has been disclosed for the project.
Construction is progressing on 120 5th Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by William Macklowe Company and Senlac Ridge Partners, the 300,000-square-foot structure will yield 180 rental units, with 45 designated as affordable housing, as well as 45,000 square feet of commercial and retail space and Brooklyn’s first Lidl supermarket spanning 25,000 square feet. Noble Construction Group is the general contractor for the 1.8-acre property, which is alternately addressed as 680 Baltic Street and bound by 5th Avenue, Baltic Street, and Butler Street.
Construction is finishing up on Signum, a 17-story residential building at 375 Dean Street on the border of Park Slope and Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architects and developed by 35 Holding LLC, the structure yields roughly 70,000 square feet of residential space with 143 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 8,791 square feet of commercial space, 1,097 square feet of community facility space, parking for up to 43 vehicles, and a cellar level. Empire Management & Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is alternatively addressed as 35 Fourth Avenue and located at the corner of Dean Street and Fourth Avenue. Raizy Mandel and James Jaquez of NestSeekers International are in charge of leasing and marketing for the apartments.
Construction is wrapping up on Six Garfield, a 12-story condominium building at 6 Garfield Place in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by DXA Studio and developed by New Empire Real Estate, the structure will yield 33 units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, as well as a suite of amenities. The Aguayo Team at Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is leading sales and marketing and New Empire Building is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Garfield Place.
