Located between Broadway and Lorimer Street, the lot is steps away from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G train. The Collective, a London-based co-living real estate company, is listed as the owner behind the applications. The firm will officially launch its first New York City location at Long Island City’s Paper Factory this fall.

The lot measures 22,640 square feet, and was purchased by two anonymous entities back in the summer of 2016 for $33 million.
