Exterior work is nearing completion on 71 South 4th Street, a four-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Infocus Design and Planning and developed by Mike Reznik of WH Capital, the 55-foot-tall structure will span 4,324 square feet and yield six rental units with an average scope of 720 square feet. The project will also include a cellar level and a 35-foot-long rear yard. The property is located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue.

Demolition is nearing completion at 199 North 5th Street, the site of a five-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Asher Hershkowitz and developed by Idan Shitrit of Investmates, the structure will span 11,350 square feet and yield 13 rental units with an average scope of 873 square feet. The project will also include a cellar level and a 39-foot-long rear yard. The 17,000-square-foot property is located between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street.

Foundation work is getting underway at 280 Kent Avenue, the site of a pair of 36-story residential skyscrapers along the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. Designed by REX and developed by Two Trees, the project is also referred to as Building B in the Domino Sugar master plan, which contains five buildings Domino Square park. The property spans an entire block bounded by South 1st Street to the north, South 2nd Street to the south, Kent Avenue to the east, and River Street and the Domino Park esplanade to the west.
