Renderings Revealed For 60 North 1st Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

New renderings have been revealed for 60 North 1st Street, a nine-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by NA Design Studio and developed by Bruklyn Builders, the 95-foot-tall structure will span 38,120 square feet and yield 56 rental units with an average scope of 680 square feet. The project will also include ground-floor commercial space, a cellar level, a 20-foot-long rear yard, and a 12-vehicle parking garage, according to permits filed in February 2025. INPUT is the façade and interior designer for the property, which is located between Kent and Wythe Avenues.

Edifice Partners LLC has secured $19 million in financing for the Edifice Portfolio, a group of five renovated multifamily properties located in Brooklyn. The Edifice Portfolio consists of 42 residential units spread across five pre-war buildings at 431–433 Wythe Avenue and 313 South 4th Street in Williamsburg, and 19–21 Columbia Place in Brooklyn Heights. JLL Capital Markets arranged the financing from City National Bank.

Renderings have been revealed for 554–558 Metropolitan Avenue, an 11-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by IMC Architecture and developed by Green Street, the 115-foot-tall structure will yield 70 apartments. The project will also include a roughly 32-foot-deep rear yard. The multi-parcel assemblage is located mid-block between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street.
