Excavation and foundations are progressing at 343 Madison Avenue, the site of a 49-story commercial skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by BXP, the 844-foot-tall structure will yield 950,000 square feet of office space and a collection of tenant amenities. The property is located between East 44th and 45th Streets.

Two New Residential Towers Planned For 303 Ocean Parkway and 400 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn

Rybak Development and Cammeby’s recently submitted a rezoning application with the New York City Department of City Planning for two new 22-story residential buildings addressed as 3030 Ocean Parkway and 400 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The mixed-use structures will collectively yield 703 rental units and rise from a pair of adjacent lots containing two existing 23-story residences knows as the Shorecrest Towers. 3030 Ocean Parkway would be constructed at the corner of Ocean Parkway and West Brighton Avenue, while 400 Neptune Avenue would be built by the corner of Neptune Avenue and Ocean Parkway.

Work is nearing completion on Forte Living, an 18-story residential building at 205 East 110th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by Studio V Architecture and developed by Fouerti Realty, the structure will yield 209 rental units, including 53 affordable homes, and ground-floor commercial space. INPUT is serving as the interior designer for the project,  which is bounded by Third Avenue, East 110th, and East 111th Streets.
