Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Azimuth Development Group, the conjoined structures yield a combined 330 rental units, with 274 units designated for affordable housing. The project will also include 2,681 square feet of commercial space, a 442-square-foot community facility, a cellar level, and enclosed parking for three vehicles.
