Resolution Real Estate has completed a major renovation of the historic McGraw-Hill Publishing Company Building at 330 West 42nd Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Google will no longer be a tenant of the 1.7 million-square-foot St. John’s Terminal campus—the tech giant will purchase the entire development. Located in Hudson Square, Manhattan, the commercial campus comprises three distinct buildings at 315 Hudson Street, 345 Hudson Street, and St. John’s Terminal at 550 Washington Street.
The Midtown Plaza parking garage will soon be converted into Manhattan’s first dedicated indoor electric vehicle charging site for public use. Located at 401 West 42nd Street, the street-level garage is designed to accommodate 29 vehicles and will be equipped with True Fast charging stations that replenish electric vehicle batteries much faster than standard-grade chargers.
