Developed by Sanvito Realty Holding Corp. in 2019, the structure yields 19 residences, 13 parking spaces, and 2,651 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $167,570.

Rezoning Approved for 30-02 Newtown Avenue in Astoria, Queens

The New York City Council recently voted to approve rezoning as part of the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) process for 30-02 Newtown Avenue in Astoria, Queens. Originally zoned R7A, the property has since been up zoned to R8A with a 7.2 floor area ratio. Lynest Associates LLC is listed as the owner with Nexjen Real Estate as the representative in the ULURP process.

Developers Cape Advisors and Pioneer Group announced this week that Astoria West has topped out in Astoria, Queens. Located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, the massive three-building development will comprise 2.5 acres of waterfront land with views of the Manhattan skyline over the East River. Fogarty Finger Architects is responsible for the architecture and design, which includes 522,000 square feet across the three structures with 534 rental residences and a vast range of amenities.
