Demolition is complete at 100 Boerum Place, the site of a 60,000-square-foot residential building in Boerum HillBrooklyn. The project is being designed by Brent Buck Architects and developed by Avdoo & Partners Development, which purchased the property from Hidrock Properties under the 110 BP Property LLC, and will rise from an assemblage of two parcels with a combined buildable space of 34,880 square feet and 3,200 square feet of air rights. ALBA Services was the demolition contractor for the project, which is bound by Pacific Street to the northeast, Boerum Place to the southeast, and Dean Street to the southwest.

The project was formerly addressed as 311-341 Bergen Street and is located along Bergen Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues.
