Construction is wrapping up on Post House, an 11-story residential building at 533 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Sterling Town Equities, the 90,000-square-foot structure yields 41 condominium units and two four-story townhouses with interior design by Workshop/APD. Pro-H Development was the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 542 Atlantic Avenue and occupies a through-block parcel bound by Atlantic Avenue to the north, Pacific Street to the south, Fourth Avenue to the east, and Third Avenue to the west.

Avdoo & Partners Development is listed as the owner behind the applications, who spent $44 million for the assemblage of four lots at 311-341 Bergen Street.

Designed by INC Architecture & Design with Issac & Stern as the architect of record and developed by Avdoo & Partners, the rectangular reinforced concrete structure yields 100 units in 45 unique floor plans. Homes range from studio through four-bedroom layouts. LIC Corporation served as the general contractor for the project, which spans nearly the full length of the block bound by Fourth Avenue to the east, St. Mark’s Place to the north, and Willie McDonald Way to the south.
Excavation has begun at 311 Bergen Street, the site of a new residential project in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Avdoo Partners & Development and developed by Bergen Owner, LLC, work is proceeding on an assemblage of four plots at 336, 338, 340, and 341 Bergen Street, which were sold by R.A.L. Realty and Morlef Realty Corporation for $44 million. No architect, rendering, or floor count have been disclosed for the project, which could yield a maximum of 133,500 square feet based on the site’s zoning.
