New renderings from Frank Quatela Architects illustrate a forthcoming multifamily property at 63 Pitt Street on Manhattan’s Lower East. The 12-story building arrives from developer Prosper Property Group and will create 59 rental apartments.

From developer Hidrock Properties the 12-story, 80,000-square-foot structure is currently undergoing a conversion from traditional office space to office condominium units.
