Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Westhab, the 79,000-square-foot structure will yield 81 rental apartments in studio to three-bedroom layouts, including 20 supportive units for formerly homeless residents. The $53 million project will also include parking for approximately 142 vehicles, with 82 reserved for the community.
