New renderings have been revealed for 89 Dekalb Avenue, a 30-story mixed-use building under construction in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR, the 348-foot-tall structure will span 289,000 square feet and yield 324 rental apartments with 98 rent-stabilized units, as well as 55,000 square feet of academic space for Long Island University, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, two loading berths, nearly 15,000 square feet of amenities, and an enclosed parking garage for up to 198 vehicles with electric charging stations. Whitehall Interiors is the interior designer, RXR LIU PII Developer TRS LLC is listed as the owner and LRC Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot by the corner of Dekalb Avenue and Ashland Place.

Designed by SHoP Architects and developed by Taconic Investment Partners and Nuveen Real Estate, the 430,763-square-foot structure will yield offices, a public grade school, and retail space. Trinity Real Estate is the owner of the vacant lot, which is alternately addressed as Two Hudson Square and bound by Grand Street to the north, Canal Street to the south, Varick Street to the west, and Sullivan Street, Duarte Square, and Sixth Avenue to the east.

Wynn Resorts revealed a series of new renderings for its proposed casino and hotel location within phase two of Hudson Yards. Developed with Related Companies, the master plan, expected to cost $12 billion, consists of multiple skyscrapers that will additionally yield space for 1,500 apartments, two million square feet of office space, a public school, and a daycare center. The master plan is slated to rise directly west of the first phase of Hudson Yards over the 13-acre open-air Western Rail Yards bound by West 33rd Street to the north, West 30th Street to the south, Eleventh Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west.

Plans have been revealed for Hudson Yards Phase Two, the latest bid for a potential mixed-use casino development in Manhattan. Partners Related Companies and Wynn Resorts filed plans with the Department of City Planning calling for a $12 billion complex consisting of multiple skyscrapers that would yield 1,500 apartments, 2 million square feet of office space, a public school and daycare center, and a hotel and casino operated by the Las Vegas-based hospitality brand.
