Two-Tower, 834-Unit Complex ‘The Riverie’ Wraps Up Construction In Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Construction is wrapping up on The Riverie, a two-tower residential complex at 18 India Street along the East River in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Marvel Designs and developed and built by Lendlease, the project yields 834 rental units across the two structures, the taller of which will stand 37 stories and 402 feet tall. Aware Super is the joint developer, INC Architecture & Design is the interior designer for the public areas, and Crème is the interior designer for the townhouse units at the complex, which occupies a full block bound by India Street to the north, Java Street to the south, West Street to the east, and the India Street pier over the East River to the west.

Renderings Revealed for 44 West 8th Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan

The first renderings have been revealed for 44 West 8th Street, a six-story residential building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Designed by Idan Naor of INWORKSHOP Architecture for T30 Capital, the 74-foot-tall structure will span 28,846 square feet and yield five condominium units with an average scope of 3,733 square feet. The project will also include 3,237 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 432 square feet of community facility space. The 50-foot-wide property is located between Sixth Avenue and MacDougal Street.
