Permits have been filed for a new 10-story addition to the Coney Island Hospital complex at 2619 Ocean Parkway, in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. The site is ten blocks away from the Sheepshead Bay subway Station, serviced by the B and Q trains, and nine blocks away from the Neptune Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the F trains. The Coney Island Hospital, connected with the NYC Health and Hospitals Company, will be responsible for the project.

19 Dutch Street Nears Completion As Exterior Work Wraps, Financial District

Construction is wrapping up at the 63-story residential tower at 19 Dutch Street, formerly known as 118 Fulton Street, in the Financial District. The last time YIMBY covered the structure, it had just topped-out. Now, work is nearly complete, with the façade almost entirely installed. For now, the exterior hoist remains up, and installation of interiors is ongoing. Carmel Partners is responsible for the development.

Permits have been filed for a 12-story building at 314 West 127th Street, in Harlem, Manhattan. The Harlem-based Center for Urban Community Services is responsible for the development. The company focuses on providing services to homeless clients, as well as housing development, training, and research. Here, they will partner with the Department of Homeless Services to create a center for housing with support for serious health and mental health issues, and criminal justice assistance. By their own metrics, they have reached more than 35,000 people per year.
