The site is a mile’s walk from the Main Street Subway Station, end of the line for the 7 train, and the Flushing-Main Street Train Station for the Long Island Rail Road. The site is two blocks from the Flushing Hospital Medical Center. An anonymous LLC is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 758 East 219th Street in The Bronx’s Williamsbridge neighborhood. The site is just half a block away from the 219th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The surrounding area is predominantly residential, with some retail surrounding the Subway Station. Marjan Gjonaj, owner of the site, will be responsible for the development.
Demolition permits have been filed for several three-story structures along Fourth Avenue, a commercial thoroughfare right on the border between Park Slope and Boerum Hill, in Brooklyn. 122 Fourth Avenue and 601 Baltic Street are now destined for demolition. Both projects are under the leadership of the architect and real estate developer Hal Einhorn, of Einhorn Development Group.
A Staten Island commercial development at 719 Forest Avenue has come out with a new rendering. Located in West Brighton, the single-story project would be an extension of the commercial thoroughfare along the avenue.
