Façade Installation Continues on 625 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn

Façade installation is progressing on 625 Fulton Street, a 35-story mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group with $450 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 1,098 rental units, 26,000 square feet of retail space on the lower levels, and an on-site parking garage for 250 vehicles. The property is alternately addressed as 485 Hudson Avenue and bound by the 34-story 80 DeKalb Avenue to the north, Fulton Street to the south, Rockwell Place to the east, and Hudson Avenue to the west.

New Renderings Revealed For The Delecor at 250 East 83rd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

New renderings have been revealed for The Delecor, a 31-story residential tower at 250 East 83rd Street in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure will span 215,608 square feet and yield 128 rental units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of penthouses and ground-floor retail space. The ground-up property is located at the corner of Second Avenue and East 83rd Street.

The Henry Residences Tops Out At 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction has topped out on The Henry Residences, an 18-story residential building at 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with Hill West Architects as the architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, which purchased the property for $71 million in 2022, the 209-foot-tall structure will span 154,598 square feet and yield 45 condominium units with an average scope of 3,371 square feet, as well as 2,898 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and 17 enclosed parking spaces. The building has nearly 250 feet of frontage along West 84th Street from the corner of Broadway to the middle of the city block.

1522 First Avenue’s Façade Nears Completion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Façade installation is nearing completion on 1522 First Avenue, a 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by Extell, the 449-foot-tall structure will yield 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and retail space on the ground floor and cellar levels. The Hospital for Special Surgery will serve as the anchor tenant, occupying 200,000 square feet across the first eight stories of the building. The property is alternately addressed as 403 East 79th Street and is located between East 79th and 80th Streets.

26-04 Jackson Avenue Wraps Up Construction in Long Island City, Queens

Construction is coming to a close on 26-04 Jackson Avenue, a 14-story residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Kao Hwa Lee Architects and developed by CW Realty, the 149-foot-tall structure will span 58,222 square feet and yield 82 rental units with an average scope of 710 square feet, as well as ground-floor retail space and a cellar level. Jackson Holdings NY LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located at the corner of Jackson Avenue and 44th Drive.

95 North 6th Street Tops Out in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on 95 North 6th Street, a two-story ground-up development from 95 North 6th Street LLC in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. SRA Architecture and Engineering is listed at the applicant of record for permits filed earlier this year and the property is located on 25-foot-wide interior lot between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street.

Excavation Readies for 29-Story Residential Tower At 15 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Work Nears Street Level For 68-Story Skyscraper At 100 West 37th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

Foundation work is building upward towards street level at 100 West 37th Street, the site of a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper in the Garment District of Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, the 743-foot-tall structure will span 384,118 square feet and yield 300 condominium units with an average scope of 991 square feet, as well as 86,817 square feet of commercial space and two cellar levels. The property is alternately addressed as 989-993 Sixth Avenue and located at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 37th Street.

111-115 North 6th Street Tops Out in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on 111-115 North 6th Street, a two-story commercial outpost for French retail brand Hermès in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Building Studio Architects and developed by investment firm L3 Capital under the L3 Berry and N 6 LLC, the structure will yield 8,500 square feet. The property is located at the corner of North 6th Street and Berry Street.

New Renderings Revealed For Linea At 428 West 19th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan

New renderings have been revealed for Linea, an 11-story residential building wrapping up construction at 428 West 19th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Anbau Enterprises, which purchased the property for $18.5 million in 2020, the 118-foot-tall structure will yield 32 condominium units in studio to four-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 1,463 square feet. The property is located on an interior lot between Ninth and Tenth Avenues.
