Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units in studio to four-bedroom penthouse layouts, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property was formerly addressed as 131-141 East 47th Street and is located between Lexington and Third Avenues.

The Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panel facade is being installed by PG New York. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed and built by Skyline Developers, which purchased the property for $83 million in 2017 under the 18 West 55th Street LLC, the 289-foot-tall structure will span 152,084 square feet and yield 97 rental units with an average scope of 1,319 square feet, as well as 6,380 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 10,343-square-foot cellar level. Construction on the public plaza and ground-floor retail space is nearly finished at One High Line, a two-tower residential development at 500 West 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Witkoff Group and Access Industries, the twisting pair of 36- and 26-story structures collectively yield around 900,000 square feet with 236 condominium units in one- to five-bedroom layouts, as well as a hotel component operated by Faena Hotel, and ground-floor retail space. The property is alternately addressed as 76 Eleventh Avenue and stands adjacent to the High Line on a trapezoidal plot bound by West 18th Street to the north, West 17th Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor and the plaza was designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Field Operations in a private-public partnership between the City of New York and Friends of the High Line.

Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development under the MRR 1326 LLC, the 346-foot-tall structure will yield 147 condominium units with an average scope of 1,156 square feet, as well as 5,000 square feet of lower-level retail space. ODA is also serving as the interior designer and Plaza Builds is the general contractor for the ground-up property, which is located at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue, and includes a narrow panhandle extension to East 57th Street.
