Construction has topped out on 842 Sixth Avenue, a 27-story residential tower in NoMad, Manhattan. Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Pro-H Development, the 102,600-square-foot will yield condominium units and lower-level retail space. 842 Edenview LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located on an interior lot between West 29th and West 30th Streets. Robin Schneiderman of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing will lead sales and marketing.

Plans have been announced for a condominium building at 118 Tenth Avenue in West Chelsea, Manhattan. Developed by Toll Brothers, which acquired the site from Benny Barmapov for $53 million in a deal brokered by Adirondack Capital Partners, the project can yield up to 85,000 square feet. The nearly 12,000-square-foot property is located between West 17th and 18th Streets within the Special West Chelsea District.

CityPickle Opens Flagship Facility At 1501 Broadway In Times Square, Manhattan

CityPickle has opened its 37,000-square-foot flagship facility at 1501 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan. The new facility, located within the historic Paramount Building, marks the brand’s first year-round Manhattan location and will serve as its corporate headquarters. Located on the building’s eighth floor, the venue features seven professional-grade pickleball courts, a full-service bar and restaurant, lounge and event spaces, and a range of amenities. The opening comes exactly 60 years after the closure of the original Paramount Theatre in 1966.

255 West 34th Street’s Exterior Progresses in Midtown, Manhattan

Exterior work is progressing on 255 West 34th Street, a 33-story hotel tower on the southern edge of the Garment District in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Stonehill Taylor and developed by Maverick Real Estate Partners, the 397-foot-tall structure was last planned to yield 330 guest rooms spread across 155,594 square feet. The property is located on an interior lot between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

Starline Tower Nears Completion at 250 West 49th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is nearing completion on Starline Tower, a 28-story residential building at 250 West 49th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by S. Weider Architect and developed by Chess Builders, the structure will yield 138 rental units, with 42 dedicated to affordable housing. The project will also include 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property is located on an interior lot near the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 49th Street.

12-Year Lease Signed for 100 Park Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan

Professional services company Turner & Townsend has signed a 12-year lease for 24,394 square feet at 100 Park Avenue, a 36-story office tower in Midtown, Manhattan. The lease covers the entire sixth floor of the 905,000-square-foot building, bringing it to full occupancy. The property is located between East 40th and 41st Streets.

Malabar Residences Nears Completion at 126 East 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is nearing completion on Malabar Residences, a 28-story residential tower at 126 East 57th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development, the 346-foot-tall structure will span 140,806 square feet of residential space split into 145 condominium units averaging 971 square feet. The project will also include two lower-level retail spaces spanning 4,114 square feet, and accompanying amenities. The property is located at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue with a narrow panhandle extension to East 57th Street.

Façade Removal Underway For 383 Madison Avenue Overhaul in Midtown East, Manhattan

Renovation work is moving along on 383 Madison Avenue, a 47-story office skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill along with Foster + Partners and Gensler, the project will re-clad the 755-foot-tall structure’s façade and revamp its 1.2 million square feet of office space to serve the banking investment division of JPMorgan Chase. Formerly known as the Bear Stearns Building, the tower was originally designed by David Childs of SOM and completed in 2001. The property is bounded by Madison and Vanderbilt Avenues and East 46th and East 47th Streets, and stands directly south of the financial institution’s recently completed headquarters at 270 Park Avenue.

125 West 57th Street Completes Construction in Midtown, Manhattan

Work is complete on 125 West 57th Street, a 30-story mixed-use building on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Cain International, the 420-foot-tall structure spans 260,000 square feet and yields 185,000 square feet of full-floor Class A office space. In addition to 7,000 square feet of retail space and a dedicated office amenity floor designed by Gensler, the development also includes a new six-story home for the Calvary Baptist Church, also designed by FXCollaborative. The nearly $350 million project is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

246 West 18th Street Rises in Chelsea, Manhattan

Construction is rising on 246 West 18th Street, an 11-story mixed-use building in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed in a collaboration between RyDE and Mao Architects, developed by Verdevelopment, and built by Prime Builders, the 120-foot-tall structure will span 35,679 square feet and yield 21 condominium units with an average scope of 1,457 square feet. The project will also include 8,005 square feet of commercial space on the first and second floors, as well as ten enclosed parking spaces and a cellar level. The property is located mid-block between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
