Wildflower, a New York City-based developer, has secured a $94 million construction loan to complete a sprawling warehouse and logistics center at 28-02 Whitestone Expressway in College Point, Queens. The building will debut as the College Point Logistics Center and will comprise about 322,000 square feet of built-up area.
A top-down renovation of the historic Jacob Riis Park Bathhouse in Rockaway Beach, Queens will soon begin now that developers have secured more than $47.5 million in construction financing. The project team includes architect Beyer Blinder Belle alongside CBSK Developers, Brooklyn Bazaar, and Aulder Capital.
The JACX, a dual-tower commercial development from Tishman Speyer, is now home to Sushi Nikko, the latest addition to the building’s bi-level food hall JACX&CO. Located 28-07 Jackson Avenue, the omakase-style sushi counter and restaurant is on the JACX&CO mezzanine level.
Construction crews have nearly completed façade installation on 98-08 Queens Boulevard, a forthcoming mixed-use tower in Rego Park, Queens. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by RB Realty Capital, the 344,000-square-foot building will contain 186 rental apartments, residential amenity spaces, 53,000 square feet of retail, a 41,000-square-foot community facility, and an 82,000-square-foot parking garage.
Construction has reached street level at 44-01 Northern Boulevard, the site of a 13-story residential building in Astoria, Queens. Located on a triangular parcel bordered by Northern Boulevard and 44th Street, the building will contain a mix of rental apartments, retail space, and a parking garage.
