Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Pro-H Development, the 102,600-square-foot will yield condominium units and lower-level retail space. 842 Edenview LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located on an interior lot between West 29th and West 30th Streets. Robin Schneiderman of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing will lead sales and marketing.

Exterior work is progressing on 1499 Bruckner Boulevard, a seven-story residential building in Soundview, The Bronx. Designed by J Frankl Architects and developed by Bayrock Capital, the 92-foot-tall structure will span 63,784 square feet and yield 135 rental units with an average scope of 216 square feet. The project will also include 34,164 square feet of community facility space. The property is alternately addressed as 1001 Wheeler Avenue and bounded by Wheeler Avenue to the east, Bruckner Boulevard to the south, and Evergreen Avenue to the west.

Construction is rising quickly on 8 Carlisle, a 64-story residential skyscraper at 8 Carlisle Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Grubb Properties and Pink Stone Capital, the 789-foot-tall structure will span 326,221 square feet and yield 462 residential units. The project will also include 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 60-foot-long rear yard. The property is alternately addressed as 111 Washington Street and located at the corner of Washington and Carlisle Streets, just south of the World Trade Center complex.

Rendering Reveals Filmology Labs Conversion of Reinhardt Building At 61 State Street in Paterson, New Jersey

A new rendering has been revealed for Filmology Labs: Content Creation Studios, a planned conversion of a historic silk mill into a film and digital studio at 61 State Street in Paterson, New Jersey. Designed by Conrad Roncati of Architectura and developed by media entrepreneur Alam Mruvka, the 250,000-square-foot complex will contain 21 production sound stages with pre-built standing sets. The property, which is also known as the Reinhardt Building and the Padded Wagon Building, occupies a full block bounded by 20th Avenue to the north, 21st Avenue to the south, Gray Street to the east, and State Street to the west.
