Construction is on hold at 185 East 109th Street, the site of a 19-story residential building in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by S. Wieder Architects, the structure will yield 101 rental units, health and wellness amenities, and ground-floor retail space. Third Avenue NY Realty LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is alternately addressed as 1986 Third Avenue and located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 109th Street.

Renderings Revealed for 250 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn

Renderings have been revealed for 250 Flatbush Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use building at 250 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by ZArchitecture PLLC and developed by Tolib Mansurov under the 250 Flatbush LLC, the 85-foot-tall structure will span 35,436 square feet and yield 20 condominium units with an average scope of 1,358 square feet. The project will also include 8,257 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 20-foot-long rear yard. The property is composed of several abutting interior parcels from 250 and 258 Flatbush Avenues between St. Mark’s Avenue and Prospect Place.

Updated Design Revealed for 112 Liberty Street In Financial District, Manhattan

A new, taller design has been revealed for 112 Liberty Street, a 30-story residential tower in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Nexus Architecture and developed by Hiwin Group, the structure will rise on a through-lot property bounded by Liberty Street and the World Trade Center complex to the north, and Cedar Street to the south.

Rendering Revealed For 414-Unit Tower at 260 North Avenue in New Rochelle, Westchester County

A new rendering has been unveiled for 260 North Avenue, a proposed 28-story residential tower in New Rochelle, Westchester County. Designed by Papp Architects for the 260 N LLC, the structure will yield 414 rental apartments in studio- to three-bedroom layouts. The project will also include a collection of amenities, a 432-vehicle parking garage, and nearly 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The 32,800-square-foot property is located at the corner of North Avenue and Huguenot Street.

500 East 81st Street’s Exterior Progresses on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Exterior work is moving along on 500 East 81st Street, an 11-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by S20M and Zproekt Architecture and developed by Rybak Development, the 100-foot-tall structure will span 37,378 square feet and yield ten condominium units. The project will also include a parking garage and ground-floor retail space. The 3,104-square-foot property is located at the southeast corner of York Avenue and East 81st Street.

New Residential And Commercial Developments Coming To Washington Heights, Manhattan

YIMBY checked in on four residential and commercial developments among the wave of new construction in Washington Heights, Manhattan. All located near the 1, A, and C trains at the 168th Street station, the properties are part of the neighborhood transformation around the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, which includes larger projects such as KPF’s 1150 Saint Nicholas Avenue and Studio Gang’s 635 West 165th Street.

Office-To-Residential Conversion Underway at 175 Pearl Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn

An office-to-residential conversion is currently underway at 175 Pearl Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Weider Architect P.C. and developed by Watermark Capital Group, the project will include a new 11-story vertical expansion, bringing the total floor count to 19 stories, and yield nearly 200 homes in a mix of condominium and rental units. Twenty-five percent of the residences will be designated as affordable housing. The property is bounded by Pearl, Sands, and High Streets.

New Rendering Reveled for 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens

A new rendering has been revealed for 51-02 Roosevelt Avenue, a 19-story mixed-use building in Sunnyside, Queens. Designed by Studio C Architects and developed by Zobuilden LLC, the structure will yield 84 condominium units, an ambulatory health facility, and ground-floor retail space, according to permits filed last month. The property is alternately addressed as 43-23 51st Street and bounded by Roosevelt Avenue to the north and 51st Street to the west.

New renderings have been revealed for 1301 Willow Avenue, a proposed six-story residential building in the northern end of Hoboken, New Jersey. Designed by MVMK Architecture + Design and developed by a subsidiary of Red Bridge Homes, the structure will yield nine units. The project will also include 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space and an eight-vehicle parking garage. The property is located at the northeast corner of Willow Avenue and 13th Street.

Excavation Underway At 444 Carroll Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn

Excavation has begun at 444 Carroll Street, the site of a six-story residential building in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by Kao Hwa Lee Architects and developed by David Grunfeld of GW Infinity LLC, the 65-foot-tall structure will span 68,526 square feet and yield 99 rental units with an average scope of 692 square feet. The property is located between 3rd Avenue and the Gowanus Canal, adjacent to the two-tower 420 Carroll Street development.
