Exterior work is progressing on 305 Calyer Street, a six-story commercial building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Developed by Samuel Yakobowicz of Greenpoint Industrial Services Corp., the 72-foot-tall structure will yield five floors of office space and an automotive repair shop and car wash on the first story. The 52,000-square-foot property is located at the intersection of Calyer and Jewel Streets.
The Domain Companies and LMXD have entered into a joint venture with Park Tower Group to co-develop the next phase of Greenpoint Landing, a mixed-use project on Brooklyn’s waterfront in Greenpoint. Designed by Handel Architects, the new phase will deliver more than 1,000 rental units, including 300 affordable apartments, across three residential towers located at 21 Freeman Street, 37 Freeman Street, and 209 West Street. The development will also feature more than 20,000 square feet of retail space and an extension of the waterfront public park adjacent to the Greenpoint ferry stop.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for Serén, an 11-story residential building at 16 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Developed by Strekte Group, the structure yields 132 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 35 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $35,040 to $227,500.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 217 Eckford Street, a five-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Gerald Caliendo Architects and Bobby Kaczor under the Diamond Street LLC, the structure yields 14 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $122,229 to $189,540.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for Greenpoint Central, an eight-story residential building at 65 and 75 Dupont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital, the structures collectively yield 471 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 84 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,949 to $227,500.
