Fields Grade and Ursa Development Group have announced the completion of construction on The Devan, a residential development at 3 New York Avenue in Jersey City‘s The Heights neighborhood. The project is situated between Jersey City and Hoboken and yields 336 rental units. Leasing has officially launched for the property and move-ins are set to begin on May 1.

The Garden State Community Development Corporation, working alongside the Wells Fargo Foundation and local developer Cara Squared LLC, announced the commencement of construction on 307 Bergen Avenue, a $6.3 million housing development in Jersey City’s Greenville neighborhood. The project, which was designed by Inglese Architecture & Engineering, aims to convert a former parking lot into a 12-unit residential condominium complex, intended specifically for low-income families earning 70 percent or less of the area median income.

New renderings have been released for 20 Long Slip, a proposed 50-story residential skyscraper along the Hudson River waterfront in the Newport section of Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Arquitectonica with Hill West Architects as the architect of record, the 526-foot-tall structure will yield 529 apartments and 2,364 square feet of retail space on the lower floors. Dresden Robin is the civil engineer and landscape architect for the property, which is currently occupied by an open-air parking lot at the end of Park Lane North, with the Hudson River and dog run to the east, Washington Boulevard and 18th Street to the west, and the rail lines for the Hoboken-Bergen Light Rail system to the north.

Construction is nearing completion on The Birch House, a six-story residential building at 49 Fisk Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by Halpern Real Estate Ventures, the structure will yield 337 residences in studio to two-bedroom layouts and 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The property is located by the intersection of Fisk Street and Mallory Avenue.
