This loan is part of a larger funding package totaling $283 million, which also supported another development, 626 Newark Avenue, within the same neighborhood.

Plans have been approved for 84-88 Beacon Avenue, a five-story residential building in Jersey City. The project, spearheaded by GN Management, will combine the sites of several existing structures on Beacon Avenue in the Jersey City Heights neighborhood and yield 24 units in one- to three-bedroom units. The property is located at the corner of Beacon and Oakland Avenues.
