The Bruce Springsteen Center For American Music (BSCAM) has opened at Monmouth University campus in Long Branch, New Jersey. Designed by COOKFOX, the two-story, 32,000-square-foot institution was built to preserve the legacy of Bruce Springsteen and celebrate the diverse history of American music. The $50 million project features a 240-seat theater, interactive experiences, gallery spaces with historic artifacts, research archives, a rehearsal studio, and a reading room. The property is addressed as 382 Cedar Avenue and located at the corner of Cedar and Norwood Avenues.

Plans have been approved for a new five-story residential building at 569 Palisade Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by MVMK Architecture + Design for the 569 Palisade LLC, the 58-foot-tall structure will yield 11 units. The project will also include 700 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, storage space, a ten-vehicle parking garage, and storage for 16 bicycles. 510-Unit Mixed-Use Complex ‘The Grandline’ Approved for Palisades Park, New Jersey

The Palisades Park Planning Board has granted approval for The Grandline, a sprawling mixed-use complex with two residential towers in Bergen County, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by March Associates, the 19- and 17-story structures will yield a combined 510 apartments, including 102 units dedicated to affordable housing. The project will also feature a hotel, a wellness center, and a two-story, 175,000-square-foot shopping plaza straddling a landscaped public esplanade. LEEMS Corp. is listed as the owner, and Melillo Bauer Carman is the landscape architect for the 6.2-acre property, which is bounded by West Ruby Avenue to the north, Route 46 to the south, and Grand Avenue to the east.
