LCOR has revealed new renderings of Hoboken Connect, a 704,000-square-foot office tower now rising near the waterfront edge of Hoboken, New Jersey. The development is located at the corner of Hudson Street and Hudson Place, just steps from the Hoboken Path station.
Klein Enterprises has revealed the first images of 212 Durham Avenue, a 272-unit rental development in Metuchen, New Jersey. Designed by JDAVIS Architects, the façade features a mix of pale gray and tan cladding, dark gray brick, and a metal canopy above the main residential entrance.
Crow Holdings Development has released a trio of renderings for a new warehouse and logistics center in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Located at 1 Market Street in Bergen County, the building will take shape at the corner of a 12-acre property formerly owned and occupied by the Marcal Paper factory.
Curtain wall installation is progressing on Waterside at Xchange, a 25-story residential building in Secaucus, New Jersey. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by Fraternity Meadows, the structure is also known as Building G in the 60-acre Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex and will yield 403 residential units atop a four-story parking garage. Waterside at Xchange is the tallest component in the 1,538-unit transit-oriented master plan, and is located on a formerly undeveloped plot between the Hackensack River and Brianna Lane.
Construction is now topped out at the third and final residential tower in Jersey City’s Journal Squared complex in New Jersey. Located at 595 Pavonia Avenue in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, the 60-story building will eventually contain 596 rental apartments, and 18,000 square feet of amenities.
