Located at 110 Park Avenue, the property contains 128 apartments for independent seniors, 58 assisted living units, and 34 homes for patients in need of memory and supportive care.
Panepinto Properties has closed on a $193 million construction loan to complete Pathside, a 605-unit rental tower in Jersey City. Located at 499 Summit Avenue in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, the building is designed by HLW International and will top out at 53 stories or about 566 feet.
The Paradox Museum has opened its doors at New Jersey’s American Dream Mall in East Rutherford. Completed by JRM Construction Management with architect Mancini Duffy, the 11,000-square-foot facility features more than 70 interactive digital and immersive exhibits for both children and adults.
Elected officials and developers celebrated the completion of Avalon Harrison, a mixed-use affordable housing complex in Harrison, New York. Located adjacent to the Harrison Metro-North train station in Westchester County, the project was led by AvalonBay Communities, which worked closely with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and local officials at every phase of the project.
Asbury Park will soon be home to a new rental apartment building at 115 Fourth Avenue, just one block away from the city’s iconic boardwalk. Inspired by Somerset Development is the entity behind the project and Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners will oversee design.
