Greenland Forest City Partners has filed a new building application for a 26-story condo tower at 615 Dean Street, their sixth building in the Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park megaproject in Prospect Heights.
UPDATE: Reps have gotten in touch with YIMBY, noting that these renderings are now outdated, and that Morris Adjmi is now designing the building instead of AA Studio.

A block to the north, a similar single-family redevelopment is taking place at 35 78th Street.
Toby Moskovitz’s Heritage Equity Partners is planning a 10-story, 144-key hotel at 232 Siegel Street in East Williasmburg, near the Morgan L stop.
