15 Hudson Yards is a 910-foot tall structure, and the first residential skyscraper to be completed in the massive $25 billion Hudson Yards complex developed by Related Companies. With LEED Gold status, the new 88-story glass tower spans 960,000 square feet, and was designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with the Rockwell Group. Ismael Leyva Architects served as the architect of record. David Rockwell recently led an exclusive tour, showcasing the building’s 40,000 square feet of amenity spaces on its 50th and 51st floors, followed by a question and answer session with architect Elizabeth Diller.

As the tallest skyscraper in Hudson Yards and the 4th-tallest under construction in New York City, 30 Hudson Yards makes a notable impact on the Midtown skyline with its impressive height and prominent crown. The 1,296-foot-tall office building stands 73 stories above 10th Avenue and West 33rd Street, and will soon open its doors for business. Its observation deck will be the highest in New York, and that component will also contain an extruded outdoor viewing platform. Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect, while Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group are the developers of the tower, part of the first phase of Hudson Yards.

Tishman Speyer’s BIG Supertall Spiral Gets Ready To Rise Above Ground at 66 Hudson Boulevard, In Hudson Yards District

Taking up one full block bound by West 34rd Street, West 35th Street, Tenth Avenue, and Eleventh Avenue, 66 Hudson Boulevard is currently the eighth-tallest building under construction in YIMBY’s end-of-year countdown. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the glass commercial office supertall will literally put a spin on the idea of the outdoor terrace. The 65-story tower is being developed by Tishman Speyer, with foundations already progressing for the 1,031-foot-tall and 2.85 million square foot structure. Excavation & Foundation Work Make Headway for Norman Foster-Designed 50 Hudson Yards

Work on Hudson Yards’ largest commercial office tower is continuing apace at 50 Hudson Yards. Located across the street to the north of 30 Hudson Yards, the last site under construction as part of Related’s Phase I sits along Tenth Avenue and West 34th Street. It is being designed by architect Lord Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, and is currently the ninth-tallest being built in New York City. Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and Mitsui Fudosan are the developers for this project.

35 Hudson Yards, Neighborhood’s First Residential Supertall, Readies for Spring 2019 Opening As Work Nears Completion

Standing in between Kohn Pedersen Fox’s 55 Hudson Yards and Thomas Heatherwick’s Vessel staircase, 35 Hudson Yards rises 1,009 feet above the rail yards as the 10th-tallest skyscraper under construction in New York City. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the 92-story mixed-use building will house 143 condominiums, a 217-key Equinox Hotel from the 15th floor to the 29th floor, and retail shops on the ground floor and second floor. This will be the tallest residential building at Hudson Yards and the third tallest in the first phase of the $28 billion dollar complex. Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group Inc. are the developers of the 1.1 million square foot tower.
