Located between Albany Avenue and Troy Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks east of the Kingston-Throop Avenues subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Oren Shalev under the 514 Herkimer LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The steel frame of 50 Hudson Yards has passed the halfway mark on the way up to its 1,011-foot-tall parapet. Designed by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners and developed by Oxford Properties and Mitsui Fudosan, the 58-story commercial office supertall will span 2.9 million square feet, making it the largest structure by volume in the first phase of Related Companies‘ Hudson Yards master plan.

Developed by Churchill Real Estate Holdings and designed by Ben Hanson Architect with Rand Engineering and Architecture as the architect of record, the building will yield 56,160 square feet with 60 residential units and nine private outdoor parking spaces.
