Construction is nearing completion on 372 Wallabout Street, a five-story mixed-use building in the Broadway Triangle section of South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects P.C., the 65-foot-tall structure will span 8,100 square feet and yield six units with an average scope of 867 square feet, as well as 2,900 square feet of community facility space.
