Designed by Wu (Woody) Chen of Infocus and developed by Yehuda Vaknin, the structure yields eight residences with a cellar and penthouse. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $69,429 to $156,130.

Owned by Brookfield Asset Management as of 2021, the structure yields 1,470 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 26 units for residents at 130 and 160 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $86,606 to $264,800. Developers Celebrate Groundbreaking on Logan Fountain at 265 Logan Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn 

Developers and elected officials recently joined for a groundbreaking ceremony at Logan Fountain, a 169-unit mixed-income housing property at 265 Logan Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Designed by MHG Architects and developed in collaboration by The Hudson Companies, Jericho Project, and HELP USA, the 13-story building is the latest development to break ground as a result of the 2016 East New York Rezoning Initiative and will comprise a mix of affordable and supportive housing units. Construction began in August and is expected to wrap up by the end of 2024.
