Known as Kingsbrook Estates, the new development will comprise 266 units and a diverse assortment of community facilities with a focus on health and wellness, employment, and comprehensive care.

Work is wrapping up on The Edge observation deck at 30 Hudson Yards in preparation for a March 11, 2020 opening date. Cantilevering 80 feet out above Tenth Avenue at an elevation of 1,131 feet, The Edge is the highest outdoor observation deck in the Western Hemisphere. L+M Development Partners has closed on $179 million in financing that will support the construction of three new buildings within the Marcus Garvey Extension Project. Located in Brownsville, Brooklyn, the buildings will establish 348 affordable and supportive housing units and approximately 13,400 square feet of commercial and community facility space.

Located between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue, the lot is steps from the 47-50 Streets Rockefeller Center subway station, serviced by the B, D, F, and M trains and the 49th Street station, serviced by the N, R, and W trains. Hotel developer Sam Chang of McSam Hotel Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, after paying $140 million to purchase the property earlier this year.
