Located between East 87th Street and East 88th Street, the lot is two blocks north of the 86th Street subway station, serviced by the Q train. The foundations are taking shape at 148 East 78th Street on the Upper East Side, where a 205-foot-tall residential building is set to rise. Located at the corner of East 78th Street and Lexington Avenue, the structure is designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Midwood Management Corp. Construction workers are currently forming the reinforced concrete perimeter walls for the condominium project, which will yield 26 residences averaging 2,600 square feet each.
Work on the foundation and retaining walls is underway at 302 Broadway in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn in preparation for a six-story mixed-use building. Following approvals from New York City’s Department of Buildings, Yedid Builders is expected to begin construction soon on a new five-story residential property in Wingate, Brooklyn. Located at 648 Midwood Street, the building will yield 7,913 square feet including ten individual units.
