Douglas Elliman Development Marketing and Fredrik Eklund’s and John Gomes’ Eklund | Gomes team, with Alex Lundqvist as the sales director are handling sales and marketing of the units, which just launched this month. Compass Announces Sale of Major Mixed Use Development Site in St. George, in Staten Island

YIMBY has word that The Joe Tirone Team, an affiliated brokerage group under the Compass umbrella, completed the sale of three adjoining lots that were identified as “Projected Development Site 2” in a proposal to City Planning by Madison Realty Capital late last year. That parcel was envisioned to give rise to a 117,848-square-foot, mixed use building. Madison owns, and will develop, “Projected Development Site 1” in their River North proposal, a multi-faceted mixed-use complex under city review that was formerly known as Liberty Towers, in Staten Island‘s St. George neighborhood.

Conceptual Renderings Reveal Massive Two-Tower Development in Harlem, Manhattan

YIMBY recently spotted a series of conceptual renderings created by architectural firm Workshop/APD that depict a pair of twin towers somewhere in Harlem. Though lacking a specific address, the structures rise from a six-story podium that sits directly to the east of what appears to be the elevated Harlem-125th Street station on the Metro-North Railroad, putting the site at the intersection of Park Avenue and East 125th Street.
