Located between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue, the interior lot is steps away from Greenwood Cemetery. It is two blocks south of the 25th Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Jeff Minsky is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a 14-story, affordable housing apartment building at 302 East 2nd Street in East Village, Manhattan. Located between Avenue C and Avenue D, the vacant lot is just off major thoroughfare East Houston Street. The Delancey Street subway station, serviced by the F train, is ten city blocks away. New York City’s Housing Preservation and Development agency is responsible for the applications.

Standing in the middle of the future five-acre landscaped public plaza at Hudson Yards is Thomas Heatherwick’s upcoming 150-foot tall public sculpture. This is the centerpiece of Related Companies Hudson Yards Phase I master plan and stands 16 stories high.
After nearly a century of development, the MTA debuted phase one of its Second Avenue expansion in 2017. The surrounding Upper East Side community has since experienced a flurry of new residential, retail, and commercial developments that now have access to a dedicated subway line. Developed by Icon Realty Management, 301 East 81st Street, also known as 1562 Second Avenue, is one of many forthcoming projects in the area. Today, YIMBY has new renderings for the tower, and the updated plans now include a two-story addition compared to the original illustrations.

The site currently houses a 9,200 square foot education facility built in 1910. Located between Second Avenue and Third Avenue, the lot is close to the Lexington Av-53 Street subway station, serviced by the E and M trains.
